Position Overview
The Eagleby Learning Centre is currently seeking an experienced educational leader to fill the role of Head of School on a temporary full-time basis until 18 September 2026, subject to change. This leadership position is responsible for driving student achievement and wellbeing, embodying the school's core values, and ensuring robust governance and operational performance. The role requires strategic oversight of personnel and resources to achieve exceptional educational results in a progressive and forward-looking learning environment.

Role Details
Located within the South East Region's Learning Centres, Eagleby Learning Centre caters to education needs across Eagleby/Beenleigh, Varsity Lakes, Helensvale, and nearby communities. The centre provides a variety of programs at flexible times throughout the week, emphasizing quality education and supportive staff committed to helping students reach their goals.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and engage the school community to define and align with a shared educational vision prioritizing high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold ethical, moral, and value-driven leadership as principalship standards.
- Integrate socially equitable practices into the daily operation of the school.
- Establish and maintain high expectations for the performance of both students and staff.
