Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Spot new business opportunities and lead initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-achieving Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, cultivating a culture of excellence.
- Establish clear individual and team sales targets, track progress closely, and provide continuous constructive feedback.
- Deliver regular training programs to improve sales team skills and effectiveness.
- Personally manage the entire sales funnel, from prospect generation to final deal closure.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to uncover improvement areas and execute necessary interventions.
- Lead deployment of effective sales methodologies to enhance conversion rates and overall sales success.
- Guarantee that the sales team consistently attains or exceeds their key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with strategic clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Continually refine sales processes and innovate approaches to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Demonstrable success in a dynamic, fast-moving sales environment.
- Strong grasp of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
- Experienced with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with execution-driven mindset, able to focus on results without losing sight of critical details.
- Practical, hands-on approach, leading through action and example.
- Fluent in German and English at a professional level.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite in Berlin, Germany.
