Job Overview

The Head of Sales plays a crucial leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager. This position is responsible for spearheading the commercial growth strategy across multiple business units including SIXT Rent A Car, Leasing, SIXT Limo, and Corporate Sales. The role encompasses full responsibility for driving profitable growth across various mobility products and sales channels such as short-term rentals, long-term leasing, corporate accounts, government sales, strategic partnerships, and fleet sales.

Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the individual will set the commercial strategy, nurture high-performing sales teams, and reinforce the company's position as the UAE's premier mobility service provider. Additionally, this role oversees Gargash Corporate Sales, managing both passenger and fleet vehicle sales, representing one of the automotive industry's most comprehensive commercial leadership roles.

Leading a team exceeding 20 personnel, the Head of Sales will drive sustainable growth, market share expansion, and cultivate strategic partnerships to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unified commercial strategies across Rental, Leasing, Limo, Corporate Sales, and related mobility sectors.
• Steer profitable revenue growth with an emphasis on market expansion and strategic planning.
• Identify emerging revenue opportunities, mobility products, and partnerships to diversify offerings.
• Lead B2B and B2G sales efforts, nurturing new business and strengthening major corporate and government relationships.
• Expand the company’s footprint across diverse mobility markets and clientele.
• Manage Corporate Sales operations and leasing portfolios, tailoring mobility solutions for various customer segments.
• Supervise Gargash Corporate Sales activities focusing on passenger and fleet vehicle sales, collaborating with OEM partners to maximize revenue.
• Own the revenue, profitability, and market share targets; oversee forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and pricing strategies.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and represent the business at industry forums and commercial events.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-caliber commercial sales team across multiple functional areas, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer centricity.
• Drive continuous improvements by innovating sales channels, partnerships, and CRM enhancements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles within the automotive mobility sector including car rental and leasing.
• Proven track record of success in rental, leasing, corporate sales, and B2B/B2G environments.
• Experience managing large sales teams with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, financial analysis, relationship building, and performance management.
• Desirable: Experience in passenger vehicle and fleet sales plus existing relationships within UAE corporate and government sectors.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related disciplines; MBA is preferred.
