Role Overview

As Head of Revenue Management, you will spearhead the pricing strategy and revenue optimization across all markets and channels, directly influencing conversion rates, margins, competitiveness, and overall revenue growth. Reporting to the Executive team, you will define and implement pricing frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally, and take full accountability for results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a strong Revenue Management team ensuring the function scales with business growth.
  • Prioritize pricing initiatives across Product, Data, and Analytics, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Define and manage the comprehensive revenue management strategy over all markets and distribution channels.
  • Optimize key metrics such as conversion rate, margins, and market competitiveness for sustainable revenue expansion.
  • Set controls, guidelines, and decision frameworks to maintain consistency and governance in revenue decisions.
  • Manage revenue optimization across B2C, B2B, and partners like OTAs, using data, experimentation, and insights to improve performance.
  • Monitor market dynamics and demand trends to maintain competitive edge.
  • Act as the central authority for revenue decisions aligning Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations for integrating cost components in pricing decisions.
  • Develop and refine revenue models, tools, and systems to ensure scalable and automated revenue management.
  • Lead continuous improvement and experimentation in pricing and revenue strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience in pricing, revenue management, marketplace roles, or similar commercial/analytical fields.
  • Demonstrated success in leading pricing or revenue growth at scale.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience in managing and growing high-performing teams in pricing, analytics, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical aptitude to convert data into strategic decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of business drivers including conversion, margins, and competitiveness.
  • Hands-on expertise with experimentation, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proven collaboration with Product, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities with cross-level influence.
  • Comfort with BI tools, data platforms, and experimentation methods.
  • Ownership mentality with disciplined execution and attention to detail.
  • Structured and pragmatic thinker focused on impact and scalability.
