  • Working knowledge of AI tools used in sales settings to strengthen pipeline management and improve meeting productivity.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operating-model changes, capability transfers, or organizational transformation across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of the media ecosystem and Google advertising products, including Search, Video, and Mobile, with the ability to coach teams on global offerings.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, interpreting data, adapting messaging to political nuance, and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Role overview

Google’s advertising solutions help businesses of all sizes grow in a rapidly changing market. In this role, you will combine a customer-first mindset with commercial leadership to help major retail advertisers unlock new opportunities. You will partner with sellers and executives, move quickly through change, and help shape the future of advertising in the AI era.

The Large Customer Sales team works with the world’s leading brands and agencies, helping them navigate industry shifts and unlock stronger performance through Google’s advertising products across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. • Strengthen trading discipline and support transformational customers such as major US market entries or advanced Search and YouTube expansions to deliver significant quarterly international revenue and pipeline results.
  • Lead the move to the new IGT operating model, working with Central and Cluster GTM teams to create a structured cross-EMEA prioritization of retail clients.
  • Ensure cross-functional stakeholders meet high performance expectations while representing IGT in important EMEA retail and product discussions, including collaboration with teams inside and outside the Dublin hub.
  • Improve frontline productivity by embedding AI-powered tools such as ConnectAI and Sales Assistant into everyday team workflows to surface insights and increase efficiency.
