Job description
Role overview
This position leads the planning and execution of multiple residential real estate projects for a reputed business conglomerate with a mixed portfolio across North India and an upcoming IPO. The role is responsible for coordinating project plans, ensuring the right resources are available, and guiding delivery so that each assignment is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with the defined scope.
Reporting structure
The role reports directly to the Country Project Head.
Work schedule
Alternate Saturdays will be off.
Candidate profile
The preferred profile is a proactive and self-driven professional with strong leadership ability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the confidence to push projects forward. The person should be able to inspire teams, stay persistent under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes.
Experience focus
Experience in real estate, especially residential projects, is required.
