Head of Project Management Office (PMO) - Central

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Project Management Office to design and embed a strong, centralised project management framework supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. This role ensures all projects are delivered punctually, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a central project management methodology that supports large-scale transformation across various regions and departments, maintaining uniform delivery standards.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with the organisation’s objectives and priorities, promoting initiatives that foster sustained business growth.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Promote organisational change by driving user adoption through effective communication, stakeholder involvement, and thorough understanding of business processes.
• Directly manage complex projects in a hands-on manner until the project management team is fully operational, offering guidance on planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.

Experience and Qualifications

• Over 8 years of project management experience with a proven record of handling cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with department heads, C-level executives, and senior leaders.
• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adaptable to tailor project approaches while maintaining overall portfolio consistency.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions, with a preference for candidates familiar with NetSuite Financial ERP implementations.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM are required.
