Head of Product - Remote in Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Product to join an innovative B2B SaaS startup experiencing strong market demand following their initial launch. This strategic leader will be pivotal in advancing the company's growth by overseeing the flagship product's vision, strategy, and comprehensive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete product lifecycle of the flagship offering.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams encompassing product management, engineering, design, and data analytics.
• Engage directly with customers to collect feedback, gather insights, and identify new business opportunities.
• Implement advanced AI-native workflows integrating Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in launching technology products from concept to market (0 to 1 stage).
• Experience in developing AI-powered products successfully adopted by real customers in production.
• Strong understanding of AI-centric product delivery methodologies.
• Start-up mentality with adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving and problem-solving environment.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
