Role Overview
The Head of Product Operations will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework that unites the Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this leadership position ensures smooth coordination across departments, overseeing intake, prioritisation, decision-making, and providing effective guidance to maintain organizational coherence as the platform scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a unified intake process for all product-related requests within the company.
- Coordinate weekly prioritisation cycles and monthly progress reviews encompassing Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Maintain the product decision log by tracking trade-offs, dependencies, escalations, and ensuring timely closure.
- Provide transparent visibility into the product roadmap, including committed, conditional, and deferred activities.
- Govern the Product Portal and ensure field guidance is current and accessible.
- Prepare executive communication materials for founders and senior leadership.
- Lead and nurture a team of four functional leads across Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality and Standards, and GTM Enablement.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff roles, or equivalent positions.
- Proven ability to create operational cadences from the ground up and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in navigating complex enterprise B2B technology environments involving multiple functions.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on actionable decision-making without unnecessary complications.
- Exceptional written communication skills suitable for high-level executive engagement.
- Adaptability to operate quickly in dynamic and evolving contexts.
