Role Overview

The Product team is responsible for defining the user experiences that power Revolut’s platform by transforming intricate problems into scalable, elegant solutions through close collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Data teams. We are looking for a Head of Product specializing in Fraud to transform our products and fraud prevention mechanisms with an AI-first approach, automating processes and enabling intuitive, multi-channel customer interactions to enhance trust and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial crime product team to create robust security features across Revolut's global platform.
• Build and grow high-performing teams aligned with product goals, fostering professional development.
• Manage the product roadmap end-to-end from strategic vision through conception, execution, and launch phases.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in product management roles.
• At least three years managing large product teams, including product leaders overseeing multiple squads.
• Proven experience with AI-driven products, data science initiatives, customer-facing solutions, and internal operational systems.
• Skilled in crafting and communicating a clear, targeted product vision to leadership, clients, and partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with sound business judgment to prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• Proactive, hands-on approach demonstrating willingness to lead major projects from the ground up.
• Track record of launching new products and delivering impactful results in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
