Role Overview
We seek a Head of Product to lead the strategic direction of CT Labs' AI agent platform and consulting offerings. This senior leadership role requires deep technical insight into LLM-driven systems and a strong grasp of enterprise software business considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for the AI agent platform, ensuring alignment with client ROI objectives and deployment schedules.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate their business needs into AI agent designs aimed at automating critical workflows.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, AI consulting, and go-to-market teams.
- Establish systems to assess agent performance, maintain governance compliance, and ensure production dependability.
- Manage the prioritization of new agent features across multiple business domains including finance, IT, HR, operations, and marketing.
- Deliver regular presentations on product strategy and development progress to both CT Labs' executive leadership and client C-suite stakeholders.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of product management experience, with at least two years focused on AI, large language models (LLM), or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of guiding products from initial concept to live production launch.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and engage executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI governance protocols, audit requirements, and enterprise-level security standards.
- Demonstrated success in setting clear, measurable goals and holding teams accountable for outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations.
- Background in workflow automation or systems involving intelligent agents.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement procedures and sales processes.
