About the Role

A partner company based in Germany seeks an experienced Head of Product & Growth for a fast-growing B2B SaaS firm entering a critical development phase. This leadership role involves defining the product vision, driving growth strategies, and establishing scalable operations to sustain long-term expansion. You will closely collaborate with engineering, customers, and commercial teams to turn insights into impactful decisions, while enjoying significant autonomy to shape product foundations and team structures within a remote-first, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives to guide engineering and QA towards meaningful results.
• Lead customer-centric development by engaging users through demos, onboarding support, and leveraging feedback for product enhancements.
• Implement growth initiatives to boost onboarding experiences, activation, conversion rates, and uncover new expansion opportunities.
• Create and refine processes that enhance operational efficiency, documentation, support tools, and internal collaboration.
• Utilize AI technologies to augment productivity in areas including product planning, customer support, research, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to formulate growth strategies, pricing models, and revenue-generating activities.
• Establish strong customer relationships to support key accounts and improve long-term retention.
• Introduce effective workflows and decision-making processes to bring clarity and structure amid organizational growth.

Candidate Profile

• 4 to 7+ years in product management, growth, operations, or entrepreneurial roles within B2B SaaS, software, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven experience owning product strategies, roadmaps, growth efforts, and delivering business results.
• Solid technical comprehension to work closely with engineers, understand APIs, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making workflows.
• Customer-focused mindset, adept at conducting support discussions, demos, and gathering user feedback.
• Ability to work autonomously, establish structure, and develop processes in minimally framed environments.
• Commercial acumen with experience in analyzing metrics like conversion, pricing approaches, and revenue streams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, remote team leadership, or contractor management is advantageous.
