Role Overview
We seek a Head of Product (m/f/d) to drive the strategic and operational direction of our INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® technology, targeting both industrial and safety-critical applications like drone defence. The role involves converting technological innovations into commercially viable products, setting product vision and roadmaps, and overseeing development from concept through series production. Collaboration with management, R&D, sales, and external stakeholders is vital to ensure our offerings meet customer needs, regulatory demands, and maximize market potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® and INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® SHIELD solutions.
- Interpret customer insights and market data into precise product requirements.
- Prioritize features, product releases, and allocate development resources effectively.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from MVP stage through to mass production.
- Coordinate closely with optics, software, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Implement and refine scalable product management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
- Several years of product management experience, preferably within deep tech defense, B2B hardware, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to transform complex technology into market-ready products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, organized work style, and proactive attitude.
