Role Responsibilities
- Lead the product management and marketing divisions, overseeing teams with approximately 20 employees.
- Drive the innovation and enhancement of the product portfolio, including software, hardware, and services, based on comprehensive market, customer, and development analyses and forecasts, including pricing strategy.
- Manage entire product life cycles and define yearly roadmaps considering trends, market demands, target groups, and competitive landscape.
- Take charge of cross-departmental international go-to-market strategies, enabling growth and innovation opportunities.
- Responsible for national and international communication campaigns, brand development, and budget management to sustain long-term brand positioning.
- In your managerial role reporting to executive leadership, you will independently lead both product management and marketing teams.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background: Degree in a relevant field such as product engineering or industrial engineering, progressing from a technical expert to a seasoned product management and marketing leader.
- Core expertise: Strong foundation in product management with additional qualifications in marketing, alongside experience in product life cycle management and roadmap planning. Prior exposure to workforce management or access control systems is advantageous.
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in German (spoken and written) and English is mandatory; additional foreign languages are considered a plus.
- Soft skills: Exceptional analytical and innovative aptitude, collaborative approach, strong customer focus, self-driven and results-oriented work style, with a readiness to assume responsibility.
- Leadership: Proven and extensive experience in managing teams and providing leadership.
