Key Responsibilities

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of effective software consulting through structured onboarding.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships both domestically and internationally, identifying new system modules and revenue opportunities to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Manage the sales pipeline proactively and implement targeted sales strategies; collaborate independently with presales and service teams to achieve company goals.
• Independently conduct consultation and sales meetings, including requirements assessment, proposal alignment, and closing support; present Interflex software solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or university degree with a desire to transition into an IT career.
• Comfortable working with diverse software applications; genuine interest in IT.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to adapt to various interlocutors with persuasive presentation capabilities.
• Fluent German skills (level C1 or higher) and intermediate English proficiency (level B2).
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project support, possessing a valid Class B driving license.
