- Provide executive-level advisory support to clients, proactively advancing client strategies and agency performance.
- Conduct in-depth, data-driven performance analyses covering key metrics like ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and downstream sales indicators.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders (VPs and C-suite).
- Drive account retention, revenue growth, and expansion through cross-channel upselling and proactive risk management.
- Partner with analytics and media teams to translate marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering ownership, clarity, and proactive initiative.
- Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance scalable delivery and continuous Enterprise Unit improvement.
Candidate Profile
- A strategic, relationship-oriented leader with a consultant’s poise and a performance marketer’s drive.
- Demonstrates proactive ownership, analytical savvy, assertive yet empathetic communication, and composure under pressure.
- Growth-oriented, coachable, and capable of inspiring confidence across clients and teams.
- Thrives in ambiguity, applying a builder’s mindset to create clarity and enable team success.
- Committed to quarterly travel to the U.S. for client engagement and conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of client-facing account leadership experience in performance-focused sectors.
- At least 4 years in performance marketing or agency contexts.
- At least 2 years supervising teams.
- Experience managing accounts with $500K+ monthly budgets involving VP and C-suite engagement.
- Strong knowledge of paid digital media and full-funnel performance analytics.
- Proven track record of client retention, upselling, and proactive engagement.
- Excellent executive presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: Background in home improvement, home services, or lead generation.
Benefits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 plus performance bonuses.
- Flexible remote work options with occasional in-person collaboration.
- Comprehensive group benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans with matching contributions.
- Company-provided MacBook and a home office budget.
