Role Overview
The company seeks an outstanding Head of Product - Clients to join their expanding team. This person will collaborate closely with leadership and product engineering teams across three domain units, as well as cross-functional operations, banking, and commercial departments, steering vital product and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer the product vision and strategy for the Clients tribe, initially managing one team directly and scaling leadership influence across the tribe.
- Partner with engineering and product executives to establish strategic goals, define OKRs, and craft long-term roadmaps supporting Upvest's scaling strategy.
- Promote efficiency and scalability by embedding intelligence and AI-enabled automation into tools and workflows, minimizing manual efforts and accelerating client market entry.
- Lead and innovate the internal tooling roadmap, managing enhancements in automation and workflow design in collaboration with engineering and end-users.
- Foster a product-centric culture with autonomous, outcome-driven leadership emphasizing collaboration and continuous learning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably with a concentration on internal/external tooling; background in financial services, compliance, or fintech is advantageous.
- Proven leadership managing teams of at least three members.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, able to conceptualize and design prototypes collaborating closely with design teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership of product outcomes along with managing project dependencies effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn complex financial topics and apply core product management skills.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and consistent feature delivery.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
- Knowledge of API documentation standards and keen interest in AI agent integration with APIs is a distinct plus.
