Job description

Role overview

As Head of Partner Operations, you will shape and continually refine the operating approach for Agency Partners and National Sales Companies across Europe. The role focuses on building scalable governance, ensuring strong partner performance, and supporting the rollout of tools, processes, and customer journeys across partner-led markets.

Core responsibilities

  • Create and continuously improve operating models, standards, and governance structures for Agency Partners and National Sales Companies across Europe.
  • Oversee partner governance, including decision-making rights, compliance, operating reviews, escalation handling, and risk controls.
  • Set and manage principles for customer ownership, lead handling, opportunity management, and attribution across partner-managed channels.
  • Lead operational readiness, onboarding, and deployment for new partners, markets, products, services, and business programmes.
  • Support the adoption of systems, tools, workflows, and customer journeys within partner-operated markets.
  • Design and run partner enablement initiatives such as training, certification, communications, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Manage partner performance using KPI frameworks, business review cadences, audits, compliance checks, and corrective action plans.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements that strengthen commercial results, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.

What the role calls for

You should bring experience in dealer operations, agency operations, network performance, partner management, or channel operations, ideally from automotive or another complex multi-location environment. The role suits someone who has built partner operating models and governance systems, launched or scaled partner-led sales channels, and worked closely with retail operations, CRM, lead management, and customer journey processes.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the skill to turn performance data into practical improvements are essential. You should also be confident managing senior stakeholders, influencing external partners, and working in a fast-moving, high-growth setting where solutions often need to be created from the ground up.

Additional candidate expectations

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, customer-focused, and comfortable operating with ambiguity while developing scalable operating solutions.
