Job description
Role overview
The Digital Product & Systems Lead for Xiaomi EV will shape the European business systems and digital product direction across customer, partner, and operational journeys. This role sits at the intersection of business needs, product strategy, and technology delivery, with responsibility for making sure the systems supporting the business are scalable, usable, and aligned to customer experience goals.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the European business systems and digital product roadmap covering customer, partner, and operational journeys.
- Work with functional stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between European business teams and global product, technology, and engineering groups.
- Drive the planning, build, and ongoing improvement of internal and customer-facing systems such as CRM, lead management, test drive booking, customer communications, ordering, and partner platforms.
- Set up governance processes for business requirements, prioritisation, release control, and deployment readiness.
- Make sure every solution is designed with scalability, ease of use, operational efficiency, and customer experience in mind.
- Lead user acceptance testing, release planning, and business readiness activities for new deployments.
- Track system performance, adoption levels, and business outcomes, then identify opportunities to improve and automate further.
What the role demands
The position calls for someone with a strong background in digital product leadership, business systems, CRM, or technology transformation, ideally in automotive, retail, e-commerce, or another customer-first environment. The right candidate should be able to turn complicated business needs into effective technical solutions and understand customer journeys, operating processes, and system architecture. Experience working with product, engineering, and technology teams in agile environments is important, as is the ability to manage programmes and stakeholders across both business and technical functions. A structured, analytical mindset and comfort with changing priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth setting are also essential.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on experience leading digital product, business systems, CRM, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to convert detailed business requirements into successful technology outcomes.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, operational workflows, and system architecture.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and technology teams in agile delivery settings.
- Excellent programme and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
- Highly analytical with a disciplined approach to problem-solving and prioritisation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly and ambiguity is common.
- Customer-oriented, commercially aware, and motivated by using technology to improve business performance and customer experience.
