Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aftersales training frameworks and procedures customized for the European market.
• Lead the execution and roll-out of aftersales training programs across Europe.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing aftersales training at European automotive sales companies or at European brand headquarters.
• Preferred experience leading a service training team.
• A global perspective with experience working in multicultural settings, ideally within Automotive, Technology, or EV sectors.
• Proven success in the German and broader European markets, with sound knowledge of consumer preferences and industry practices.
• Entrepreneurially minded, adaptable to start-up phase challenges in an international expansion backed by a Fortune Global 500 firm.
• Passionate about smart mobility and the integration of future AIoT ecosystems.
