Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the entire spare parts logistics network, including central and regional distribution centers, with attention to high-voltage batteries.
- Manage the importation process, customs clearance, and maintenance of accurate master data for parts.
- Lead demand planning for parts, including forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Supervise parts sales activities such as pricing strategy, order management, and the marketing of accessories.
- Direct reverse logistics operations covering warranty and damaged parts handling.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in automotive aftersales parts management.
- Proven skills in supply chain management, demand planning, and cross-department collaboration.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are advantageous.
