Position Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organisation based in Germany, seeking an experienced Head of Outbound Sales. The role focuses on spearheading the creation and expansion of a dynamic outbound sales team with a direct influence on revenue growth and customer engagement. You will have the autonomy to devise sales strategies, implement best practices, and recruit a full team within an energetic, result-oriented setting. Your responsibilities will blend strategic leadership with direct sales involvement, emphasizing customer acquisition, reactivation, and business growth driven by data insights. Collaboration across marketing, CRM, operations, and customer service departments is essential to enhance the overall customer experience and promote a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and continuous advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, establishing, and directing a strong outbound sales team focused on scalable, sustainable business expansion.
- Designing and implementing outbound sales plans to drive new customer acquisition, re-engage dormant clients, and increase revenue streams.
- Creating sales workflows, communication approaches, performance benchmarks, and engagement tactics to optimize conversion rates.
- Leading by example in outbound sales activities while actively coaching and guiding team members.
- Tracking, assessing, and enhancing key sales indicators such as conversion ratios, revenue achievements, customer satisfaction, and campaign outcomes.
- Working alongside CRM, marketing, operations, and other interdepartmental teams to boost campaign success and deepen customer interactions.
- Providing frequent performance evaluations, staff coaching, sales reporting, and strategic advice to senior management.
- Ensuring all sales processes adhere to internal guidelines, regulatory standards, and quality criteria while fostering a high-performance team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center management with a track record of commercial achievements.
- Demonstrated success building and managing results-oriented sales teams in target-driven contexts.
- Strong practical sales skills, capable of leading client engagements and mentoring others effectively.
- Excellent leadership qualities including people management, coaching aptitude, and motivation skills.
- Robust commercial insight with a background in enhancing sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Analytical approach with proficiency in monitoring KPIs, interpreting sales data, and making informed, data-backed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software, outbound dialer technology, customer lifecycle management, or retention campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in industries such as iGaming, online gaming, sportsbook, or other B2C sectors, along with knowledge of additional European languages, will be advantageous.
