About the Role
A fast-growing premium hospitality group based in London is expanding and seeking a Head of Operations to join at a critical growth phase. This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 to £100,000 plus bonuses. Candidates must have prior experience with leading UK food-led hospitality businesses, specifically with premium restaurant brands, fresh food operations, and table service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site operations within a development-stage restaurant group.
- Enhance sales, profitability, and overall operational performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business expansion.
- Contribute to refining the brand image and improving guest experiences.
- Manage high-volume venues, including those with late-night and event-driven activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to facilitate strategic growth.
- Lead training and employee development programs across teams.
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and superior performance.
- Ensure strong commercial outcomes across food, beverage, and events departments.
- Maintain consistent operational standards across all locations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have current experience at Operations Manager, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Manager level with proven success in driving expansion of premium hospitality brands. Experience with experiential and dynamic venues is advantageous. Candidates should be confident managing businesses with individual site turnovers exceeding £3 million. This role suits a commercially-focused leader who enjoys active, on-the-ground management and team development, seeking a long-term position in a growing enterprise.
