About the Company and Role
Our client operates a foundry manufacturing Ductile Iron and Grey Iron castings, with an annual turnover of INR 1300 crore. The Gudur plant contributes approximately INR 500 crore, and the company aims to increase its turnover to INR 3000 crore within the next three years.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires overseeing the complete foundry operations from production, quality control, to dispatch, ensuring a smooth workflow aligned with customer requirements. The candidate will lead, coordinate, and manage all activities related to foundry operations, focusing on driving consistency in production and meeting shipment targets.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in foundry, castings manufacturing, or related manufacturing sectors, with a proven record of managing manufacturing operations.
- Experience working for top-tier manufacturing companies with established systems and processes.
- Age between 40 to 47 years.
- Willingness to relocate to manufacturing plants located in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
- Effective leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication skills.
