This leadership role demands over 18 years in the merchandising domain, specifically within hardgoods, encompassing responsibilities tied to global sourcing, vendor relations, and product development.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
- Lead the merchandising function with a focus on hardgoods, leveraging extensive industry knowledge.
- Manage sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships effectively to optimize product offerings.
- Oversee product development processes ensuring alignment with client requirements and market trends.
- Provide strategic leadership to the team, nurturing skills and driving results.
- Drive business growth by maintaining strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
