About the Role

Prepfully is searching for a driven Growth Leader to collaborate closely with the founding team. This position involves scaling established products with proven market traction, developing and launching AI-driven agents to automate various business functions, and identifying novel avenues for expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents focused on operational, marketing, support, and reporting automation.
Manage end-to-end AI automation projects, including building, monitoring performance, and optimizing impacts.
Work flexibly across multiple company systems tackling diverse challenges from customer service automation to data deduplication.
Collaborate directly with founders to drive product growth and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Exemplifies extraordinary ownership, ambition, and curiosity.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and possesses a strong bias toward proactive action.
Intends to eventually found their own venture, embracing the complexities of startup life.

Experience and Qualifications

3 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to working alongside founders or senior executives.
Hands-on expertise with AI tools beyond simple interfaces, including agent frameworks, automation platforms like n8n or Zapier, and API integration.
Academic backgrounds such as MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, Economics, or related analytical fields are welcomed, though practical AI application skills weigh more heavily.

Recruitment Process

Submit a concise video demonstrating an AI agent or automation workflow you have built.
Participate in a 30-minute introductory call focusing on cultural fit and background with the founder.
Engage in a live 60-minute collaborative session to design an AI agent tailored to Prepfully’s needs.
Receive an offer upon successful completion of preceding stages.
