About the role

This position sits with a voice AI infrastructure company that is building the audio intelligence layer needed for voice agents to be understood by machines. The business is backed by well-known early-stage investors, already serves customers across Europe and the US, and is preparing for its next stage of growth.

Role overview

You will step into an existing marketing setup and take it to the next level, while directly managing two team members. The role calls for someone who can broaden the company’s image beyond a highly technical, product-led identity and help shape a more complete market narrative.

What you will do

• Take ownership of an established marketing function and scale it further while leading two direct reports.
• Reposition the brand from a mainly technical, product-driven image to a wider company story.
• Lead product launches from start to finish, including naming, positioning, video assets, and customer co-launches.
• Set and execute the strategy for content, brand, and public relations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, and go-to-market teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Work with a high level of independence, with minimal day-to-day direction or supervision.

What the company is looking for

• Prior experience in early-stage startups is the strongest qualification.
• A background in B2B SaaS is required.
• Experience marketing to developers is an advantage, though not mandatory if you can quickly understand complex technical products.
• You should be both strategic and willing to stay hands-on in execution.
• Comfort working with technical founders in a developer-oriented culture is important.
• You need to communicate clearly and concisely, and move quickly without heavy oversight.
• Be prepared to handle intense launch periods, including occasional evening work when necessary.
