About the Role

Join us in a dynamic leadership position as the Head of Marketing for the Luxe Division on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves crafting and steering the long-term marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland, as well as guiding a talented marketing team to flawlessly execute campaigns alongside cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. You will be the brand’s chief communicator, bringing the brand’s core identity to life internally and externally. The position requires strategic vision, team leadership, deep market insight, and close collaboration with the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to collaborate closely with experts across various functions including Category, Revenue Growth Management, Business Growth Partners, Retail and Education, Activation, CRM, Consumer Market Insights, and Community Management to analyze sell-out data and extract actionable insights.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors' activities to benchmark and identify best practices and possess a deep understanding of the advocacy ecosystem.
  • Foster a visionary mindset in your team to think expansively and align efforts towards shared goals.
  • Drive the definition of marketing strategy including advocacy approaches, pricing positioning, target customer segmentation, and investment priorities in partnership with finance to expand brand recruitment and loyalty.
  • Create comprehensive presentations and strategic documents for senior leadership engagement.
  • Effectively communicate strategic vision through compelling narratives and presentations at various internal and external platforms such as retail drives, collaborations, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Translate strategies into clear briefs for both internal teams and external agencies encompassing media, visual merchandising, activation, and analytics.
  • Safeguard the brand’s DNA and positioning consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all communications and marketing material.
  • Determine investment plans and allocate budget envelopes for broader team management.
  • Support forecasting and ROI analysis related to market investment management alongside the Analytics and Insights team.
  • Oversee validation of media plans, product launch forecasts, and promotional activations such as gifts with purchase, samples, and special editorial coffrets.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and regional zones to convey local needs and co-develop future campaigns and launches.
