An ambitious and rapidly growing consumer brand is hiring a senior marketing leader to guide its next stage of expansion. The business is building strong momentum and public recognition, and it now needs someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to strengthen brand impact and drive measurable growth.
This position sits at the intersection of brand, culture, community, food and lifestyle. You will partner closely with the founder and senior leadership to shape how the brand is positioned, how it grows its audience, how it launches new ideas, and how it builds lasting customer loyalty.
The role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, is excited by building brands people genuinely connect with, and understands how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
Location and working pattern
Central London, with on-site presence required 2 days per week. The wider location is London Area, United Kingdom.
Compensation
Salary is £70,000 to £90,000 per year, plus benefits and performance incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Set and lead the overall marketing and brand direction.
- Improve acquisition, retention and customer lifetime value across every channel.
- Own campaign planning, execution and performance evaluation.
- Shape brand narrative, partnerships, PR activity and cultural activations.
- Run digital marketing activity, including paid social, CRM, influencer work and content.
- Build and guide a strong in-house team while managing external agencies.
- Spot new growth opportunities, audience segments and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial and creative stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for budgets, reporting and KPIs.
- Support launches, events and wider expansion plans.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will bring senior marketing leadership experience from consumer, hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage, or experiential brands. They should be both strategic and operational, with a track record of helping customer-facing businesses grow.
You should be comfortable in entrepreneurial, high-growth settings and have a strong interest in culture, hospitality, experiences and community-led brands. Experience across digital, social, CRM and modern brand-building is important, as are strong commercial judgement, analytical ability, communication skills and leadership confidence.
Additional value will come from experience in multi-site or multi-brand marketing, founder-led or start-up environments, media or creator networks, and launching new venues, products or concepts.
