About the Role
A prominent software solutions provider based in Dublin is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This leadership position requires developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that synchronize with the company’s growth ambitions and market potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement overarching marketing plans aligned with business growth and market opportunities.
- Lead diverse marketing teams specializing in product marketing, digital channels, brand management, and demand generation.
- Manage global product launch campaigns and go-to-market efforts aimed at boosting brand awareness, user adoption, and revenue.
- Create and optimize integrated lead generation initiatives utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance pipeline development.
- Collaborate with senior executives and teams across sales, product, and operations to create commercially focused marketing programs.
- Maintain brand consistency through oversight of messaging, content, events, and communication across all marketing platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external collaborators ensuring marketing generates measurable business outcomes.
- Track and analyze campaign performances, market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to continually enhance marketing efficacy.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of marketing experience with leadership roles in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
- A proven track record in designing and implementing strategic marketing and demand generation campaigns that drive tangible commercial growth.
- Experience in successfully managing global product launches and executing go-to-market plans.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, brand building, content creation, and campaign performance optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing high-achieving marketing teams.
- Excellent ability to manage stakeholders, influence executive decisions, and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Competence in analyzing marketing data and leveraging customer insights for strategic decision-making.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
