Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Business Analyst specializing in financial reporting within a global financial services organization. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery and enhancement of complex financial reporting and control systems.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions.
• Analyze and resolve intricate problems escalated from frontline support teams.
• Participate in ongoing initiatives aimed at improving financial systems and processes.
• Provide support and mentoring to junior Business Analysts throughout the team.

Candidate Profile

• Experience within global banking and investment markets with comprehensive knowledge of relevant financial products.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and the processes involved in financial reporting.
• Proven track record delivering projects through the complete lifecycle from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the capacity to investigate issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or control platforms is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication proficiency.
