Position Overview

The Head of Investor Relations – IPO Readiness is a pivotal senior executive role aimed at steering the organization through its transition to a publicly listed entity. This position demands an experienced professional with at least 15 years in investor relations, capital markets, and corporate finance. The incumbent will architect and implement a robust investor relations strategy, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to current and prospective investors while nurturing relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and key market participants. The role oversees the preparation of critical IPO-related documentation, including roadshow presentations, press statements, and regulatory filings. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive investor relations plan tailored for IPO readiness, ensuring synergy with corporate goals and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity dedicated to public offerings or IPO preparedness.
