About the Role

Our distinguished client, a recognized leader in their industry, seeks an experienced professional to take charge of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. This senior position focuses on steering market engagement, enhancing the financial narrative, and facilitating value creation across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Global CFO, crafting and communicating an investment thesis that aligns with corporate strategy and capital allocation priorities.
• Lead the preparation and dissemination of earnings releases and investor presentations.
• Advise executive leadership on earnings guidance, investor communication, and capital allocation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, value creation measures, and business performance oversight.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Investor Relations and/or Capital Markets, with a successful history of shaping market engagement and financial narratives that drive value.
• Demonstrable experience interacting with global investor communities, including those from North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a proactive working style.
