Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Head of Human Resources to manage comprehensive HR functions for both academic and non-academic staff at a reputed K-12 school located in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will lead strategies around talent acquisition, employee retention, and engagement, alongside driving performance evaluation and professional growth initiatives. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations is a vital component of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete HR operations for the school’s staff, spanning academic and non-academic personnel.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
- Manage performance appraisal frameworks and foster staff professional development programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive HR experience within well-established K-12 institutions, international schools, or large educational organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and team-building capabilities.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
