Headmaster/Vice Principal to Lead K-12 School as Principal Designate

Role Summary

This opportunity is for a senior school leader to take charge of the complete functioning of a niche K-12 school in Bikaner. The selected professional will begin immediately in a principal-designate capacity, lead the institution from day one, and move into the Principal role after successfully completing probation.

Key Areas of Ownership

• Oversee the school’s day-to-day operations and overall administration.
• Manage coordination and communication with the CBSE and related statutory authorities.
• Drive student admissions and contribute to steady growth in enrollment.
• Supervise academic delivery and ensure strong educational standards across senior classes.
• Report directly to the Director.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be a seasoned school leader with strong experience in CBSE-facing responsibilities and proven capability to run a school independently when the principal is unavailable. Prior teaching experience in senior grades is essential. Experience as a Coordinator or Head Master/Headmistress for senior classes is also mandatory.

Reporting and Progression

The selected candidate will report to the Director and will head the school from the first day of joining. After the probation period, the designation will change to Principal.

Compensation

A significant increase over the current salary is offered.
