About the Role

We are representing a founder-led growth company seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to serve as a board-level contributor during pivotal people-related decisions. This senior position focuses on advising top leadership rather than managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to the founder and leadership team on organizational culture, people strategy, and structural design.
  • Serve as a trusted external advisor during critical moments such as reorganizations and leadership appointments.
  • Influence strategic choices without managing implementation efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive senior-level experience, ideally at VP, CHRO, or executive roles.
  • Deep insight into organizational design, leadership recruitment, culture shaping, and scaling strategies.
  • Track record navigating high-stakes situations including reorganization, leadership changes, and cultural restoration.
  • Board or advisory experience, or equivalent gravitas to fulfill such roles effectively.
  • Ability to offer clear, honest, and strategic guidance that founders rely upon and act on.
  • Strong pattern recognition skills across diverse companies and growth phases.
  • Comfort with influencing decisions without being responsible for execution.

Compensation

Compensation is structured as an advisory retainer and/or equity, aligning with the senior strategic nature of the role.
