Role overview
We are hiring on behalf of a leading independent media agency in Singapore for a Digital Media Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for senior client partnerships, guiding strategy across digital, programmatic, and social channels, and serving as the trusted point of contact clients rely on first.
Key responsibilities
You will lead high-level client relationships, shape and steer multi-channel digital media plans, and support the team delivering the work while developing into a broader leadership role.

- Defining and driving digital media strategy across relevant channels.
- Coaching and supporting the team responsible for execution.
Experience and strengths needed
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in media or digital roles, with proven senior account leadership. A strong command of the digital ecosystem is important, including programmatic, paid social, search, display, and growing exposure to retail media and CTV. You should be able to design a media strategy, defend it confidently, and manage performance against client KPIs.
You should also be comfortable using planning tools, ad platforms, and performance analytics, while bringing commercial awareness to account P&L management, scoping, and organic growth. This role suits someone who can lead AMs and executives, stay composed in difficult client situations, and translate data into clear, persuasive client narratives.
