Role overview

We are looking for a senior People & Culture Advisor for a founder-led growth business in Singapore. This is a board-level advisory position for someone who can step in at the moments when people-related decisions carry the highest stakes.

The role is centered on strategic counsel rather than day-to-day operations. You will support the founder and leadership team on issues such as a restructuring, a first leadership appointment, culture drift, or major scaling decisions where the outcome matters.

This opportunity is aimed at a highly experienced leader whose value lies in judgment, perspective, and the ability to guide decisions that shape the future of the business.

What you would own

  • Provide guidance to the founder and leadership team on people, culture, and organizational strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted external voice during high-impact decisions.
  • Help shape the direction of key choices without being responsible for daily execution.

What you should bring

  • Extensive senior-level operating experience, ideally at VP, CHRO, or executive level.
  • Strong judgment in organizational design, executive hiring, culture, and scaling decisions.
  • Experience handling difficult moments such as restructures, leadership changes, and culture repair.
  • Board or advisory exposure, or the senior presence to contribute credibly in that setting.
  • The ability to give advice that founders trust, value, and act on.
  • Clear pattern recognition across businesses and different stages of growth.
  • Comfort influencing major decisions without owning implementation.

Compensation
