Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Growth — an individual to take full responsibility for defining our brand communication, outreach strategies, and positioning in the market. This role is crucial in steering how Blackware Labs presents itself to the world and interacts with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee all aspects of brand communication, ensuring consistency in every channel from cold outreach to public commentary.
- Create and implement outreach strategies, including identifying high-value target companies, crafting initial messaging, and determining outreach priorities.
- Directly execute outreach: build target lists, initiate contacts, follow up, and secure meetings with prospects.
- Translate complex service offerings into easily understood value for senior marketing leaders, ensuring quick comprehension and resonance.
Compensation & Additional Information
- No fixed base salary at present; compensation is earned hourly for each billable client project, with an initial hourly rate of 200 AED (rate may vary by project scope).
- Equity participation granted, vesting over a 12-month period with formal documentation.
- Direct incentive: receive 5% of revenue from every successful client deal you originate via your outreach.
