About the Role

Join Kiloverse as Head of Growth for Wordletic, an innovative language learning app blending hypnosis and meditation audio sessions with structured lessons. This role is pivotal in expanding user subscriptions significantly by owning acquisition, marketing strategies, and scaling the business 3 to 5 times in partnership with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the primary growth channel, Meta, while ensuring cost efficiency and exploring new avenues such as TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, and App Store Search to discover further growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to growth including creative fatigue, increasing ad costs, channel saturation, and funnel drop-offs through innovative problem-solving.
• Manage the full acquisition funnel from initial ad exposure to subscription, optimizing quiz flows, landing pages, and conversion rates for improved outcomes.
• Track and enhance critical growth KPIs including ROAS, CAC, payback period, and LTV using data-driven strategies to scale operations efficiently.
• Lead creative strategy by driving continuous testing of messaging, hooks, and formats to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build and mentor the marketing team, structuring and expanding it appropriately as the business grows.
• Set and prioritize the growth roadmap with a focus on initiatives yielding the highest business impact.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in scaling consumer subscription products through various growth phases with measurable personal impact.
• In-depth expertise in performance marketing, especially paid social campaigns with strong track records managing large Meta budgets effectively.
• Successful experience in launching and scaling new acquisition channels beyond Meta into sustainable growth streams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the conversion funnel from first contact to paid user, and proficiency in optimizing each stage.
• Keen eye for high-impact creative and capability in directing creative teams to produce fast, data-backed outputs.
• Strong analytical skills with command over key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, and cohort analysis.
• Proven leadership in marketing team development to foster peak performance.
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a decisive and action-oriented approach to growth challenges.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a gross monthly salary ranging from 5000 to 6500 EUR.

Work locations include modern offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga, with flexible arrangements such as 4 days onsite and 1 remote day in Vilnius, and options for hybrid or remote working in Kaunas dependent on the role.
