Job description

Role overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a growth-focused sales leader based in Saudi Arabia. The role sits within a fast-moving fintech setting and is responsible for shaping and delivering the growth agenda across a mature market. You will guide a team of Account Executives, improve revenue predictability, and raise the quality of the pipeline and conversion outcomes. The position combines strategy with direct execution, so you will be expected to set direction while also contributing to important deals. The environment is remote-first, globally connected, and centered on accountability, ownership, and operational discipline.

Key accountabilities

  • Own and drive the growth plan for an established market, ensuring the Account Executive team delivers consistently against revenue goals.
  • Manage, scale, and motivate a high-performing sales team while remaining involved in key strategic opportunities.
  • Create and implement sales approaches that support long-term expansion in a competitive fintech and payments landscape.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and important stakeholders to improve deal progression and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to keep go-to-market activity aligned with wider business goals.
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and strong ethical standards across the sales organization.
  • Coach team members, help them grow their capabilities, and support clear development and career paths.
  • Monitor pipeline quality, forecasting precision, and deal execution to maintain reliable revenue delivery.
  • Lead complex negotiations and help close large enterprise agreements.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years spent leading Account Executive teams.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another sophisticated B2B environment is preferred.
  • A demonstrated record of building and executing growth strategies that produce measurable revenue results.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching ability, including experience scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proven success in negotiating complex enterprise contracts and working with legal and procurement teams.
  • Strong analytical capability for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Clear communication skills and strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced, global environment.

Benefits

  • Fully remote-first setup with opportunities to collaborate globally.
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity or share options.
  • Unlimited leave policy with a generous minimum vacation allowance.
  • Private medical insurance and health coverage, depending on location.
  • Substantial learning and development support for ongoing professional growth.
  • Home office allowance plus high-quality equipment provided.
  • Access to co-working spaces, workations, and annual company retreats.
  • Chance to shape growth strategy in a high-impact fintech business that is scaling quickly.
