Role Overview
The Head of Go-to-Market for Thrive holds a critical leadership position responsible for product marketing, competitive intelligence, and commercial enablement, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role aims to effectively communicate Thrive’s unique value proposition in a competitive MSK market by crafting compelling narratives, positioning, and support materials targeting various buyer segments worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and differentiated messaging, positioning, and narratives tailored to distinct buyer personas including benefits leaders, HR, insurers, and consultants.
- Conduct proactive market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and create evidence-based demos, ROI frameworks, and sales aids.
- Translate intelligence into actionable insights that influence product development and empower commercial teams with tools and training to handle competitive comparisons independently.
Candidate Expectations & Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy with proven success owning positioning, strategy, and sales enablement.
- Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through partnership with sales and customer success teams.
- Proven capability in building competitive intelligence frameworks from the ground up.
- The ability to function effectively as an individual contributor with influence over commercial outcomes.
- Preferred location is the US, but exceptional global candidates are considered.
- Experience backgrounds from digital health companies with robust commercial functions or high-performing B2B SaaS companies are valued.
- Deep AI fluency and demonstrated application of AI tools to improve market research and strategic workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
