Job description
Role overview
A London-based luxury skincare brand is seeking a Head of Global Education to shape and lead its worldwide learning strategy. This is a senior opportunity to build an education function that drives commercial growth, strengthens customer experience, and reinforces the brand’s premium positioning.
The position sits at the intersection of learning, retail performance, treatment excellence, and business impact. The successful candidate will develop programmes that support retail, spa, clinic, distributor, and direct-to-consumer teams across markets.
What you will do
- Create and implement a global education strategy that supports growth targets and includes measurable KPIs and return on investment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international education team while working closely with regional leaders and distributors.
- Design and oversee certification pathways, treatment standards, education programmes, and digital learning assets that reflect the brand’s science, efficacy, and luxury identity.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, and Spa teams to improve retail performance, treatment bookings, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Review performance data to assess programme effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and strengthen business results over time.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings 8 to 10+ years of experience in luxury skincare, aesthetics, or wellness, along with substantial leadership background and a track record of building global education strategies that produce measurable commercial outcomes.
You should be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with strong execution, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Deep understanding of skincare science, ingredients, treatments, and consumer behaviour is essential, as are excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading international teams, handling budgets, managing large-scale initiatives, and travelling globally as required is important. A strong commitment to developing people and raising standards is central to the role.
