About the Role

As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at GoGlobal, you will establish and lead the FP&A function, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic business partnering to empower data-driven decisions throughout the organization. This position requires a finance expert with deep technical skills, including extensive financial modeling experience within complex, multinational environments. The role demands strong collaboration with senior commercial and operational leaders, excellent communication abilities to simplify complex financial information for decision-making, and leadership in building a high-performing FP&A team that enhances long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s FP&A operations, including coordinating annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across all business units and entities.
  • Design and maintain the Group’s comprehensive 5-year financial model with scenario and sensitivity analysis, working alongside senior executives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership—particularly the CRO, CDO, and business heads—to supply financial insights, assess new business opportunities and market expansions, and assist in pricing and product strategy decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and commercial teams on client engagements and business development by delivering strategic financial modeling and solutions to support successful deals.
  • Create and refine monthly management reports, including profit and loss variance analysis, headcount metrics, and KPI dashboards for the executive team and Board of Directors.
  • Develop and lead a team of FP&A analysts, establishing efficient processes and templates to accommodate the Group’s growth.
  • Conduct cost efficiency studies and identify opportunities to boost profitability across various business units in cooperation with operational leaders.
  • Work together with the Financial Controller to align FP&A outcomes with accurate accounting records and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Assess and implement FP&A tools and technologies aimed at enhancing forecasting precision and streamlining reporting cycles.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in FP&A, including at least 3 to 5 years in senior leadership roles within multinational firms.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including handling multi-country, multi-currency financial consolidation and management reporting.
  • Proven track record presenting complex financial models with multiple scenarios and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence senior operational and commercial stakeholders, backed by excellent presentation and communication talent.
