Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to establish and lead the FP&A function at GoGlobal. This leadership position is central to delivering robust financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities that empower data-based decision-making across the company. The successful candidate will exhibit strong expertise in tax within complex international commercial frameworks, demonstrate exceptional financial modelling proficiency, and have a proven track record of collaborating with senior commercial and operational leaders. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group's FP&A activities including annual budget management, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across all entities and business segments.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive five-year financial model, integrating scenario and sensitivity analyses aligned with strategic assumptions in partnership with senior executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRO, CDO, and business unit heads to deliver financial insights, appraise business cases, explore market entry prospects, and aid pricing and product decision-making processes.
  • Support Sales and commercial teams by preparing financial models and strategic solutions that facilitate client engagements and business development success.
  • Develop and refine monthly management reports featuring profit and loss variance, headcount metrics, and key performance indicators for executive and board-level review.
  • Recruit, manage, and nurture a high-performing team of FP&A analysts; establish scalable financial process frameworks, reporting templates, and planning methodologies to support expansion.
  • Lead initiatives to analyze cost efficiency and identify opportunities to enhance profitability alongside operational leaders.
  • Work in tandem with the Financial Controller to ensure FP&A outputs are grounded in accurate financial data and consistent with statutory reporting standards.
  • Assess and integrate technology solutions in FP&A to increase forecast precision and streamline reporting cycles.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational organization.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, particularly with multi-country, multi-currency financial consolidation and management reporting.
  • Proven ability to present complex financial models with multiple scenarios and recommended solutions effectively.
  • Strong capacity to collaborate with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, backed by outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
