Principle, an established Irish recruitment firm with offices in Dublin and London, is expanding its leadership team by introducing a Head of Finance role. This position involves a hands-on leadership approach, overseeing the finance function within a growing SME environment and contributing significantly to the business's future development, including an innovative B2B SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Finance will manage the weekly contractor payroll for the UK and Ireland, enhance financial reporting processes, provide stronger commercial insights, and work in close collaboration with the CEO and COO to influence the company’s strategic direction.
