Job Overview

• Full accountability for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Finance Operations.
• Preparation and responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, including participation in international corporate reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with national and international accounting and regulatory standards.
• Managing budget planning, forecasts, and in-depth financial and business analyses.
• Generating insightful management reports and deriving strategic recommendations.
• Acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership and international finance organizations.
• Coordinating collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other external partners.
• Advancing and digitizing finance processes and optimizing current frameworks.
• Working in close coordination with international subsidiaries and cross-functional departments.
• Leading and developing the finance team both technically and managerially.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed studies focused on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years' leadership experience in a senior finance role within an international company.
• Strong expertise in HGB accounting standards and experience with international reporting.
• Deep understanding of controlling, corporate governance, and finance operations.
• Proven track record in optimizing and digitizing finance structures.
• Proficient use of ERP systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong analytical skills.
• Effective communicator and decisive leader.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
