Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at boosting student outcomes via innovative, evidence-informed methods to enhance achievement, attendance, engagement, and equity, particularly assisting disadvantaged youth.
• Enhance student support mechanisms by tracking academic performance, attendance, and wellbeing, orchestrating specific targeted interventions, and facilitating smooth academic, social, and emotional transitions for new student arrivals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with parents, educational leaders, teaching staff, tertiary education providers, community bodies, businesses, and external agencies to boost student participation and success.
• Support school leadership efficacy through comprehensive data analysis, reporting, creation of practical resources, and contributing to informed decision processes and continual institutional improvement.
• Champion inclusivity and sound governance by embedding equitable practices, ensuring policy and legislative compliance, and assisting with efficient management of institutional resources aligned with strategic objectives.
