Position Overview

Mudgeeraba Creek State School is looking for a dedicated curriculum specialist to lead and foster uniform, school-wide teaching and learning strategies, focusing on planning, pedagogy, and differentiation. • Foster collaborative relationships with students, families, colleagues, government bodies, and the community to improve engagement, wellbeing, and educational results.
• Manage effective governance by overseeing curriculum, staffing, budget allocations, and facilities, ensuring adherence to legislation, departmental guidelines, and school priorities.
• Exhibit forward-thinking leadership via strategic planning, facilitating professional development, and introducing innovative approaches that elevate teaching quality, staff competence, and student achievement.
