Role overview
This opportunity is for a Creative Marketing leader based in the Netherlands and presented through a partner company, which will handle all applications and subsequent steps. The role is designed for someone who wants to guide the advertising direction for fast-growing digital products in international markets.
You will own the creative strategy behind paid acquisition, steering ideas from concept through production and final delivery. The position combines leadership, experimentation, and analytical thinking in a fast-moving, performance-focused setting. You will work closely with user acquisition teams to improve results through structured testing, ongoing optimization, and strong creative execution.
This is a high-autonomy role with broad strategic influence, team leadership responsibilities, and the chance to affect important commercial outcomes through creative growth marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and run the end-to-end creative marketing plan aimed at improving paid traffic results across several digital products.
- Guide the development of impactful ad concepts and oversee the entire production flow from early idea generation to completed creative materials.
- Lead, coach, and expand the Creative Marketing team while promoting collaboration, motivation, and skill growth.
- Organize production timelines and team workflows so creative assets are delivered on schedule and at a high quality.
- Work in close partnership with User Acquisition Managers to ensure creative work supports campaign goals and performance targets.
- Improve and scale creative production systems by introducing efficient processes and repeatable best practices.
- Build and improve testing approaches that help raise creative performance over time.
- Track creative outcomes, study key performance data, and turn findings into practical recommendations for campaign and team improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing function or a closely related creative leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing fundamentals.
- Clear track record of creating original ad concepts that generate measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines and juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Practical experience with creative testing methods and performance-driven optimization.
- Well-developed leadership, coaching, and team-motivation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a strong focus on product and marketing KPI achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- A cooperative, proactive, and results-focused working style.
- Exposure to video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is a plus.
